Strictly Salsa

What is Strictly Salsa?

In Strictly Salsa, competitors pre-select their partners and have most likely danced together prior to the competition. They are encouraged to 'lightly' choreograph a routine to show off some of their best moves, but the danceshould focus mostly on improvisational partnering. No supported tricks, lifts or drops are allowed. Music will be selected by the DJ and all competitors will dance together as a group.
